Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning the documents I accidentally left behind, but they also provided excellent ironing facilities for my wrinkled clothes. the heating in the cottage was superb, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. Having access to a washing machine during my stay was a game changer, allowing me to pack lighter and stay fresh throughout my trip. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail and exceptional service at this hotel, making it a truly memorable experience.
